Specifications for Robusto Crimp Gas

• Fitting to be made from DR brass and CNC machined to Australian Standards.
• Gas Crimp to have yellow identification ring on fitting.
• Crimp ring to be a removable Copper ring.
• Crimp fittings to be supplied with a longer barb/crimp ring to be a minimum length.
• Barb/Crimp Ring: 16mm fitting =20mm, 20mm fitting =21mm, 25mm fitting =25mm, 32mm fitting =28mm.
• This will ensure maximum contact between fitting and pipe.
• Viewing ports on a copper ring to ensure full insertion depths.
• To be used in conjunction with FORZA Gas pipe incorporating a layer of aluminium between an inner of PE-X and an outer of HDPE.
• Piping applications include Natural and LPG Gas (Yellow Pipe).
• Fittings and Pipe to comply with Australian Standards for Gas AS4176:8 and fully warranted for 50 years.
